The workshop welcomes paper submissions in the following categories:
General papers in any of the above mentioned topics of expertise from which the Character Computing field could benefit.
Concept papers describing fully formed ideas related to Character Computing and the opportunities and challenges it offers.
We welcome submission of high quality papers, either in full paper format (max. 10 pages excluding references) or short paper format (max. 4 pages excluding references), that contribute to the development and progress of Character Computing and its related fields. Papers should be grounded in existing literature and knowledge, and should be written for an interdisciplinary human computer interaction audience. Papers must be submitted via EasyChair (TBA) and follow the SIGCHI Proceedings Format.
There is no specific registration for C2 2018. Registration for the workshop’s day is available from the workshop hosting conference (MUM 2018) and allows participants to attend any workshop that day. The deadline for for the early bird registration is November 3rd, 2017. Participation in the workshop without paper submissions is also highly welcomed.
All accepted papers will be published on the workshop's website. A publication containing all the workshop's findings is planned.
